Rapid diagnostic service

The Rapid Diagnostic Service (RDS) enables GPs to refer patients who have non-specific symptoms that may indicate cancer to a specialist team at Whiston Hospital.

The Rapid Diagnostic Service provides quick access to a specialist team of doctors and nurses who specialise in acute medicine and oncology (cancer).
